Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Pharmacist Prescriber to join their team in the UK. Eucalyptus is dedicated to improving health outcomes through its weight management program, Juniper, which combines medication with personalized support. The Pharmacist Prescriber will play a crucial role in providing accessible, convenient, and safe healthcare to patients.Responsibilities:

• Conduct asynchronous text-based consultations to assess and prescribe weight-loss medications.
• Provide outstanding medical advice to patients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GLP-1/GIP agonist medications.
• Adhere to practice standards and safety procedures.
• Triage medical inquiries efficiently.
• Respond to medical incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve processes and systems.
• Assist in creating medical knowledge centers.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber.
• Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• High level of empathy and passion for patient experience.
• Organized, independent, and team-oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Skilled at using technology for care delivery and communication.
• Experience in online prescribing.
• Open to part-time or full-time roles.
