Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Weekend Pharmacist Prescriber to join their team. Eucalyptus is behind “Juniper”, one of the world’s largest weight management programs. The Pharmacist Prescriber will play a critical role in providing accessible, convenient, and safe healthcare to patients.He/She will be responsible for conducting asynchronous text-based consultations, providing medical advice, and adhering to practice standards. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Pharmacist Independent Prescriber with current GPhC registration, a high level of empathy, and excellent attention to detail. The role involves working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to improve processes and systems.Responsibilities:

• Conduct asynchronous text-based consultations with patients.
• Provide outstanding medical advice and personalized care.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GLP-1/GIP agonist medications.
• Adhere to practice standards and safety procedures.
• Triage medical inquiries efficiently.
• Respond to medical incidents promptly.
• Assist in building processes and systems.
• Assist in the creation of medical knowledge centers.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber.
• Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• High level of empathy and passion for patient experience.
• Organized, independent, and team-oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Skilled at using technology for care delivery and communication.
• Experience in online prescribing.
