Senior Product Designer (Canada - remote)

Job Description

League is seeking a Senior Product Designer to contribute to the design and discovery process for customer-specific solutions and reusable platform capabilities. The Senior Product Designer will work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to define business goals, user needs, and end-to-end experiences. They will become an expert on League’s platform and its “out of the box” capabilities, leveraging configuration options creatively for both customer and platform needs. The designer will deliver key design artifacts, including user flows, IA, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

What this role involves:

• Leading and contributing to the discovery and design process.
• Working with internal teams and external customers.
• Becoming an expert on League’s platform.
• Designing custom client implementations and extensible platform features.
• Delivering key design artifacts.
• Participating in or facilitating workshops.
• Sharing and iterating designs based on feedback and research.
• Partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
• Contributing to the evolution of League’s design system.

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Product Design and/or Design Strategy.
• Strong experience designing cross-platform (Responsive Web, iOS, Android) digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking across solutions and platforms.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile environments.
• Exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred, but not required).
