Job Description
The Daily Beast is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to support advertising and consumer marketing operations. This role involves campaign trafficking and optimization in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and Piano/Zephr. The ideal candidate is technically savvy and experienced in ad tech and subscription platforms.

Role involves:
  • Managing campaign trafficking and execution across Google Ad Manager and Piano/Zephr.
  • Supporting advertising and subscription revenue efforts.
  • Monitoring campaign delivery and performance, troubleshooting issues.
  • Implementing and managing header bidding integrations.
  • Collaborating with consumer marketing teams to optimize subscription journeys.
  • Participating in QA testing of new site features.
  • Managing campaign and task workflows using ticketing platforms.
  • Delivering regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Contributing to revenue product development and testing new monetization strategies.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital ad operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with subscription management platforms like Piano.IO and Zephr.
  • Hands-on experience with Prebid.js and header bidding strategy.
  • Comfort working with ticketing platforms and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, cookies/local storage, etc.) a plus.
