Cisco is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to join the ThousandEyes Platform Engineering group in Kraków, Poland. This role involves leading a team of engineers to maintain and enhance core functionalities within the ThousandEyes SaaS product. The manager will be responsible for ensuring the team meets current and future challenges, driving quality, operational excellence, and efficiency.

- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins.
- Strong knowledge of version control management tools like Git.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
