Job Description
Cisco is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Cloud and Enterprise Agents team in Kraków. This team focuses on providing a real-time network monitoring platform that measures, correlates, and visualizes synthetic data about global network conditions. The engineer will contribute to the development, release, and maintenance of the Enterprise Agent, emphasizing automation and security.
Role involves:
- Managing releases of new services
- Automating release and quality processes
- Owning and improving security processes
- Improving code quality, testability, and maintainability
- Developing internal tools to support self-serve products
Requirements:
- Ability to write high-quality code in Java
- Ability to design and implement scalable and well-tested solutions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Strong sense of ownership, drive, and attention to detail
- Infrastructure as Code skills (Terraform, Puppet, Kubernetes)
