Job Description
Jumio is seeking a Manager, Strategic Alliances & Partnerships (NA) to drive new business through the partner ecosystem, focusing on the US region. This role involves solution selling and achieving a value-added proposition.
The Manager will design, develop, and execute the partner strategy in North America, coordinating with global teams. They will quickly learn the Jumio business, understand the market, and implement an enablement plan for various partner channels (OEM/ISV, reseller, system integrators) to boost indirect sales.
The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, build partner relationships, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. This role aims to expand Jumio's reach through partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing channel conflicts.
- Identifying and recruiting partners.
- Maximizing deal closures.
- Developing partner relationships.
- Maintaining partner activity records.
- Aligning Jumio and partner sales teams.
- Driving collaboration between marketing, customer success, and product teams.
- Understanding Jumio's offerings and competitive landscape.
Requirements include:
- Experience in indirect/channel partner/strategic alliances selling roles.
- Experience with reseller/ISV/system integration channels in fraud & identity verification/cyber security/identity access management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Closing, financial planning, and strategy skills.
- Proficiency in channel management, CRM, sales automation, and social selling tools (Salesforce, Highspot, LinkedIn).
