What this role involves:
  • Leading and attending meetings to monitor, troubleshoot, and communicate progress.

  • Ensuring projects remain on schedule using excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Updating the company's knowledge base system and policies.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Jira experience.
  • Google Suite proficiency.
  • Experience in a startup, fintech, or fin-serv call center environment.
  • Ability to adapt to project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Flexible, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in agile project management.
