Senior Systems Analyst, Genesys Cloud

Upgrade is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join their Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in operations, gaining expertise in internal operational strategy and processes. This role involves being a key player in strategic projects, improving operations, and working with vendor relationships. The Senior Systems Analyst will also act as a system administrator, supporting operational initiatives and driving improvements to existing systems.

What This Role Involves:

• Championing strategic initiatives related to the cloud-based telephony system.
• Operating as an escalation point for help desk incidents.
• Maintaining expert-level understanding of operational strategy and processes.
• Participating in vendor relationships.
• Acting as a system administrator for assigned vendor tools.
• Supporting the documentation required for operational initiatives.
• Driving improvements to existing systems and processes.

What We Look For:

• 3+ years of experience with administration for cloud-based telephony systems.
• SaaS license and permission management experience.
• Experience with project management (Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred).
• Ability to self-manage time and energy.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
