The ideal candidate will collaborate with top-tier developer tooling providers and blockchain projects to expand Alchemy's ecosystem. This role involves shaping the future of Web3 infrastructure and working with the best minds in blockchain.Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships.
• Structuring co-selling agreements and incentive initiatives.
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Developing joint go-to-market strategies.
• Tracking and analyzing partnership performance.
• Staying ahead of Web3 trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, growth, or business development in Web3/blockchain.
• Proven track record of structuring and closing partnership deals.
• Deep understanding of Web3 concepts, developer tooling, and blockchain protocols.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing partnership performance.
