Alchemy is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead engagement with enterprise fintechs and traditional financial institutions, facilitating their exploration and integration of blockchain technology. This role is based in San Francisco, CA.Alchemy's mission is to bring web3 to a billion people by equipping builders with the tools necessary for creating exceptional onchain products. Alchemy provides a complete developer platform with powerful APIs, SDKs, and tools for building and scaling onchain apps and rollups. Its infrastructure supports a significant portion of top web3 teams and major global brands.
Responsibilities: - Drive fintech & TradFi adoption
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Lead complex deal cycles
- Conduct market research & insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Refine go-to-market strategy
- Manage pipeline
Requirements: - 5+ years of BD, partnerships, or sales experience in fintech, traditional finance, payments, or financial services.
- Strong enterprise sales experience, with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
- Deep understanding of fintech and/or TradFi infrastructure.
- Experience working with C-level executives and product teams at financial institutions.
- Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or digital assets is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for identifying and executing new business opportunities.
