The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and communications expert with deep experience in web3, executive communications, and thought leadership. This role involves elevating Alchemy's brand visibility, managing public relations, and solidifying its position as a leader in web3 infrastructure.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing PR and communications strategies.
• Securing speaking opportunities for Alchemy executives.
• Building relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Crafting messaging for product launches and partnerships.
• Leading crisis communications and reputation management.
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and executive teams.
• Measuring and reporting on PR performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in PR/communications in web3/blockchain.
• Established relationships with web3 and crypto journalists.
• Proven track record of securing media coverage.
• Deep understanding of the web3 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
