Job Description
Alchemy is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive the technical execution and optimization of its marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be the key operational backbone of the marketing organization, ensuring the marketing tech stack operates efficiently while maintaining data integrity and compliance across all systems. This role is a component of the Revenue Operations organization, allowing for alignment of marketing operations with company objectives.Responsibilities include:
  • Implementing and maintaining robust tracking systems for marketing campaigns.
  • Designing and executing complex marketing automation workflows.
  • Building and maintaining marketing dashboards.
  • Serving as the primary owner of the marketing technology stack.
  • Leading technical implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar technical marketing role.
  • Advanced expertise in a marketing automation tool.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign attribution.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
