Job Description
Armis is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to join their Customer Success Team. This role is crucial in helping customers achieve their strategic objectives and maximize the value of their Armis Platform investment. The Technical Customer Success Manager will act as a liaison between the customer and various internal teams within Armis.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 40 accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Define success plans and strategies.
  • Guide customers through implementation.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption.
  • Report risks and wins.
  • Understand customer concerns and feature requests.
  • Establish regular communication cadences.
  • Track account activity and health.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Armis platform.
  • Drive platform utilization.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of deployment and configuration.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and an additional language (Hebrew, Italian, French, German, or Spanish).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Security or Networking.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management and solution delivery experience.
