Job Description
Armis, a cyber exposure management and security company, is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) to manage a portfolio of SMB accounts. This role is based in Nuevo León, Mexico, with a hybrid work arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 SMB accounts.
- Guide customers through the implementation phase.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption.
- Deliver executive-level briefings.
- Monitor customer KPIs and report internally and externally.
- Represent customer needs to the Armis product team.
- Establish regular communication with customers.
- Track account activity and health using Gainsight.
- Maintain knowledge of the Armis platform.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience.
- Preferred 2+ years as a CSM or TAM in a Cyber Security SaaS organization.
- Bilingual: English is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero, ClientSuccess).
- Solid project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience conducting executive-level reports.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT/IoT infrastructures.
- CCNA, Security+, or Network+ are helpful.
