ShipBob is seeking a Software Development Engineer II - Full Stack to join their team. This role is remote in India.She will be responsible for the development of production level software in coordination with her team, working closely with Product Owners and the Engineering Manager. The role reports to the Engineering Manager.
  • Becoming a go-to expert in one area of the codebase.
  • Providing technical advice and weighing in on technical decisions.
  • Researching and proposing new technologies.
  • Delivering software on-time.
  • Taking initiative to identify and solve important problems.
  • Influencing decision-making at the Pillar level.
  • Making others better through code reviews, thorough documentation, technical guidance, and mentoring.
  • Identifying and proposing strategies around technical problems.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent programming skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Object oriented mindset
  • Experience in SQL, JSON, REST, .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Javascript, Relational DB Concepts, Relational DB Design, Agile software development methodologies
