Job Description
TIER-Dott, a leading European shared micro-mobility company, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Quality Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the company's mission of changing mobility for good.
The intern will play a crucial role in investigating field failures, maintaining a healthy test environment, and identifying improvement possibilities. This role involves working with test vehicles and test benches, as well as recommending additional test equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations of field failures
- Inspect and perform root cause analysis on broken parts
- Review test reports from suppliers
- Guide and implement solutions
- Validate improved parts
- Write SOPs
- Maintain test vehicles and test benches
- Keep workshops clean and tidy
- Recommend additional test equipment
- Identify improvement possibilities
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar course (Bachelors)
- At least passed first year classes
- Hands-on experience (working in a workshop)
- Affinity with bikes/scooters/motorcycles is a plus
