Job Description

TIER-Dott, a leading European micro-mobility company, is seeking a Supply Chain Distribution Specialist to join their dynamic team in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Poland. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient distribution processes across various markets and maintaining optimal spare parts supply while minimizing inventory levels. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for local markets, fostering collaboration to enhance performance and streamline distribution.

The Supply Chain Distribution Specialist will analyze consumption data and central stock availability to determine appropriate supply levels, drive compliance among stakeholders, and maintain data accuracy. They will also contribute to projects aimed at improving visibility, communication, and system enhancements.

Role Involves:

  • Maintaining optimal supply of spare parts.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for local markets.
  • Analyzing consumption data and central stock availability.
  • Driving compliance among stakeholders.
  • Contributing to projects for system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, ERP, TMS) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Polish is a plus.
