Lead Fulfillment Associate

ShipBob is seeking a Lead Fulfillment Associate to join their team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role involves collaborating with peers and leaders, contributing to a high-performance culture, and ensuring an incredible experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have dedication and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, or Packing.
• Receiving: Accepting new inventory and managing the process of getting it put away and accepted into the system.
• Picking: Delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately.
• Packing: Ensuring the quality of each shipment and packing items correctly.
• Assisting in other areas as needed to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime and/or weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and detail oriented.
• Must be 18 or older.
