Midwest Hub Lead Fulfillment Associate

ShipBob is seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join their team in North Aurora, Illinois. This role involves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional experiences for customers, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

The Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob will be responsible for various tasks within different teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the fulfillment process.

What this role involves:

• Working within Receiving, Picking, or Packing teams.
• Receiving: Managing new inventory and ensuring its accurate entry into the system.
• Picking: Accurately and efficiently delivering products to the next stage of the process.
• Packing: Ensuring the quality of each shipment and packing items correctly.
• Assisting in other areas as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

What ShipBob requires:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8-10 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently.
• Willingness to assist in other departments as needed.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Must be 18 or older.
