Job Description
ShipBob is seeking a Retail Fulfillment Associate to join their team in North Aurora, Illinois. This role involves working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, committed to excellence, and eager to grow within a fast-paced company.

Role Involves:
  • Receiving new inventory and managing the entire process.
  • Picking products and delivering them accurately.
  • Ensuring the quality of each shipment.
  • Helping out in other areas to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:
  • Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.
  • Able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
  • Must be 18 or older.

The role requires the associate to be able to adapt to change quickly and understand new processes. Previous warehouse experience is not required, as ShipBob provides a 7-day training program.
