Conversational Experience Designer

Job Description

Amelia Global Services, a subsidiary of SoundHound AI, is seeking a Conversational Experience Designer to enhance their conversational AI product. The ideal candidate will focus on enabling the technology to understand natural language, infer user intentions, extract information, learn from experience, and improve user experience.

The Conversational Experience Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-driven interactions, working with a multidisciplinary team to create impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define intents/entities recognition strategy.
• Build training/validation data.
• Apply ML and other methods for intent modelling.
• Benchmark intent model.
• Stay updated with the product.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and scaling conversational AI solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of the English language.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with chat-based artificial intelligence systems.
• Comfort with statistics and interpreting statistical data.
• General understanding of natural language processing and machine learning core concepts.
• Basic understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience applying supervised machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
• Appreciation for user experience design implications of designing an intent model.
• Experience in software delivery/implementation is an advantage.
