Job Description

Flipdish is seeking a Technical Lead to join their Client Experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating standout experiences that allow clients to self-serve across Flipdish platforms. This role focuses on the self-service and maintenance of products through an online portal, aiming to provide clients with a top-tier management platform for all Flipdish services and an efficient onboarding flow.

The Technical Lead will work with a PM and EM to manage the team, understand customer problems, lead architectural decisions, develop client platforms, mentor engineers, and advocate for automation and AI tool adoption.

Role Involves:

  • Managing and running the team in collaboration with a PM and EM.
  • Understanding customer problems and ensuring team focus.
  • Leading architectural decisions and evolving the Golden Path.
  • Developing client platforms.
  • Mentoring engineers and driving best practices.
  • Advocating for and implementing automation.
  • Helping the team adopt AI tools and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a technical leader.
  • 8+ years of development experience with React, Typescript, and C#.
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design and Event Driven Architectures.
  • Solid experience in AWS, particularly with serverless technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers.
  • A proactive problem-solver.
