Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The Account Management team is critical to Adyen's growth, managing relationships with innovative international merchants across various industries and channels.This role involves:

• Building strong relationships with key contacts at Adyen's largest enterprise merchants.
• Driving commercial negotiations and closing complex deals.
• Providing payments expertise and guidance to customers.
• Leading strategic payments conversations and presenting business reviews.
• Managing multiple cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role.
• A strong background in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
• Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English.
• Passion for payments and helping customers grow.
• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
