The Account Management team is critical to Adyen's growth, managing relationships with innovative international merchants across various industries and channels.This role involves:
- Building strong relationships with key contacts at Adyen's largest enterprise merchants.
- Driving commercial negotiations and closing complex deals.
- Providing payments expertise and guidance to customers.
- Leading strategic payments conversations and presenting business reviews.
- Managing multiple cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role.
- A strong background in complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services.
- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Passion for payments and helping customers grow.
- Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
