Adyen is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute the company's marketing strategy in India. This role is based in Adyen's Mumbai office and reports to the VP Marketing APAC in Singapore. The Senior Marketing Manager will focus on new customer acquisition, spanning positioning and demand generation across owned, earned, and paid channels. The ideal candidate possesses a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in an international environment.
What this role involves: - Managing goal setting, planning, and spend allocation in India.
- Positioning Adyen across industries to acquire new customers.
- Collaborating with commercial teams to formulate targeted marketing strategies.
- Planning and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Developing compelling content for various platforms.
- Serving as the local market expert and working with regional marketing teams.
- Driving and managing local media buying.
- Leveraging analytics tools to determine campaign effectiveness.
- Preparing quarterly and annual spend allocation.
- Ensuring the successful implementation of global and regional initiatives.
Requirements: - 7+ years’ experience in a multi-dimensional marketing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the ROI of marketing activities.
- Strategic and commercial mindset.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+.
