Adyen is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team in Mexico City. This role acts as a crucial link between marketing and sales, managing inbound lead qualification and driving outbound lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, analytical abilities, project management skills, and a collaborative spirit.
What This Role Involves: - Researching verticals and companies to identify potential clients.
- Identifying, targeting, and reaching out to new potential clients.
- Setting up and delivering outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools.
- Supporting sales managers on outbound tactics and lead generation efforts.
- Managing the qualification process for inbound leads in Mexico.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Adyen at internal and external events.
- Committing to continuous learning on the payments sector and Adyen product offerings.
Who They Are Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling complex products/services.
- A proactive hunter and networker.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to learn and connect with prospects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent Spanish and English.
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
