Adyen is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team in Mexico City. This role acts as a crucial link between marketing and sales, managing inbound lead qualification and driving outbound lead generation. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, analytical abilities, project management skills, and a collaborative spirit.What This Role Involves:
  • Researching verticals and companies to identify potential clients.
  • Identifying, targeting, and reaching out to new potential clients.
  • Setting up and delivering outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools.
  • Supporting sales managers on outbound tactics and lead generation efforts.
  • Managing the qualification process for inbound leads in Mexico.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Adyen at internal and external events.
  • Committing to continuous learning on the payments sector and Adyen product offerings.
Who They Are Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling complex products/services.
  • A proactive hunter and networker.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to learn and connect with prospects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent Spanish and English.
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
