Job Description
Adyen is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join their team in São Paulo. Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The Enterprise Sales Development Representative will serve as a crucial link between marketing and sales, managing inbound lead qualification and driving outbound lead generation.

Role involves:
  • Researching verticals and companies to identify potential clients.
  • Identifying, targeting, and reaching out to new potential clients.
  • Setting up and delivering outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools.
  • Supporting sales managers on outbound tactics and lead generation efforts.
  • Managing the qualification process for inbound leads in Brazil.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Adyen at internal and external events.
  • Continuous learning on the payments sector and Adyen product offerings.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of working experience in sales, preferably selling complex products/services.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to learn and make new connections.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
