This role involves:
- Leading strategic expansion initiatives to increase share-of-wallet.
- Managing and scaling a global team of 10+ professionals.
- Building and nurturing senior client relationships with C-level executives.
- Defining and aligning strategy with Adyen’s commercial and product goals.
- Driving global revenue growth through complex negotiations.
- Improving operational effectiveness and streamlining execution.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic commercial roles.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams.
- Strong background in enterprise sales or account management.
- Payments experience is a must.
- Proven ability to close high-stakes deals.
