Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Global Head of Strategic Growth to lead a global team focused on expanding relationships with strategic clients. This role requires a dealmaker with commercial instinct to unlock new revenue and negotiate high-stakes deals. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling accounts, managing executive-level relationships, and executing strategic expansion initiatives.

Role involves:
  • Leading strategic expansion initiatives to increase share-of-wallet with key enterprise clients.
  • Managing and scaling a global team of 10+ professionals.
  • Building and nurturing senior client relationships with C-level executives.
  • Defining and aligning strategy with Adyen’s commercial and product goals.
  • Driving global revenue growth through complex negotiations.
  • Improving operational effectiveness and streamlining execution.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic commercial roles with enterprise clients.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience managing global teams.
  • Strong background in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or account management.
  • Payments experience is a must.
  • Proven ability to close high-stakes, multi-million-dollar agreements.
  • Ability to influence senior levels internally and externally.
