Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Regulatory Product Counsel - Integrity Risk to join its Regulatory Product team in Amsterdam. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The ideal candidate will ensure Adyen’s integrity risk framework is fully embedded into its technology stack for new and existing products, while advising internal and external stakeholders on regulatory matters. This role involves extensive collaboration with product, operational, commercial, and regulatory teams globally to define controls that align with Adyen's risk appetite and regulatory obligations.
Role Involves:
- Identifying integrity risks related to Adyen’s new and existing products and services.
- Providing regulatory advice to define controls that ensure Adyen's Product Suite is regulatory compliant.
- Translating Adyen’s regulatory approach into relevant Policies and Procedures.
- Developing a scalable and global way of working to facilitate collaboration between regulatory and product teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a compliance and/or regulatory function in fintech, payments, or financial institution.
- Knowledge of relevant integrity risks.
- Strong interest in how things technically work.
- Ability to interpret regulation and draft Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to understand complex challenges and convert them into structured and practical solutions.
- Hands-on with strong project management skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- LLB and/or LLM degree.
