Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Support, Learning & Development Team Lead to guide a high-impact team and drive the global learning strategy for the Support team. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution. This role is based in Amsterdam and requires in-person collaboration. The Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing an engaged, high-performing L&D team.
- Defining and executing a global L&D strategy focused on onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning.
- Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
- Designing and scaling onboarding programs.
- Developing and implementing upskilling and reskilling programs.
- Owning the knowledge management strategy.
- Supporting change management efforts.
- Partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of L&D experience, including 3+ years leading learning teams.
- Mastery of learning-related skills (needs analysis, curriculum development, instructional design, etc.).
- Strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
- Data-backed problem-solving experience.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
