Adyen is seeking a Head of Developer Advocacy to lead and scale its developer experience. This role involves shaping the developer experience for Adyen's customers and partners, focusing on improving the platform and ensuring developers' feedback influences the product roadmap. The Head of Developer Advocacy will champion a content strategy, identify product opportunities, and lead a team of developer advocates.

- Building an industry-leading developer experience.
- Co-leading Adyen’s Developer Experience strategy and execution.
- Being a trusted technical counterpart to customers and partners.
- Leading community engagement efforts.
- Leading and scaling the developer advocacy function.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in developer advocacy, developer relations, or a related technical role.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams.
- Deep understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
- Expertise in one or two major programming languages.
- Strong ability to design and execute plans that drive developer adoption and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams.
