Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their KYC Screening Service in Amsterdam. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing a product strategy and roadmap for Sanctions, PEP, and Criminality screenings across Adyen's financial products. They will act as a bridge between Compliance, Operations, and Engineering teams, translating regulatory demands into product features.

- Defining the vision and strategy for the screening service.
- Advocating for customers and minimizing friction.
- Leading product execution from concept to launch.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with API and platform products.
- Strong focus on customer experience.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Visionary leadership and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in payments, platforms, or financial services is a plus.
