Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to connect external partners with internal teams to orchestrate cohesive marketing activities. The Partner Marketing Team is a cornerstone of Dialpad's go-to-market strategy through partner relationships. This role reports to the Director of Partner Marketing and can be based in San Ramon, Denver, or Vancouver.Responsibilities:
  • Drive Dialpad's Google go-to-market strategy.
  • Leverage existing marketing campaigns and content to create co-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze the partner ecosystem to identify key growth areas.
  • Own the partner launch roadmap.
  • Plan and execute demand-creation activities.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key partner managers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams on project timelines.
  • Establish data-driven goals and metrics.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of partner marketing/demand generation experience.
  • Proven experience with B2B omni-channel marketing tactics.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Team-oriented mindset with creativity and adaptability.
  • Data-driven approach with experience analyzing program results.
  • Success working in high-growth B2B environments.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities.
  • Experience in the cloud communication space is a plus.
