Dialpad is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to connect external partners with internal teams to orchestrate cohesive marketing activities. The Partner Marketing Team is a cornerstone of Dialpad's go-to-market strategy through partner relationships. This role reports to the Director of Partner Marketing and can be based in San Ramon, Denver, or Vancouver.
Responsibilities: - Drive Dialpad's Google go-to-market strategy.
- Leverage existing marketing campaigns and content to create co-selling opportunities.
- Analyze the partner ecosystem to identify key growth areas.
- Own the partner launch roadmap.
- Plan and execute demand-creation activities.
- Develop strategic relationships with key partner managers.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on project timelines.
- Establish data-driven goals and metrics.
Requirements: - 3-5+ years of partner marketing/demand generation experience.
- Proven experience with B2B omni-channel marketing tactics.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- Team-oriented mindset with creativity and adaptability.
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing program results.
- Success working in high-growth B2B environments.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding project management capabilities.
- Experience in the cloud communication space is a plus.
