Dialpad is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Omnichannel solution. This role involves owning the roadmap, gathering requirements, prioritizing tasks, and executing the end-to-end Omnichannel solution for various channels such as web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, email, messaging, and social media. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with AI, analytics, CCaaS, and UCaaS product managers to enhance AI adoption, automation, and usage across Omnichannel customers and users.Responsibilities include unifying the experience across all channels, driving AI automation and analysis, working with customers and internal teams to capture requirements, partnering with design and engineering, prioritizing requirements, and overseeing implementation and product launches.
