Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. This role is customer-centric and focused on helping onboard new clients. The Project Manager will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure successful deployments of Dialpad's communication platform. They will also host training sessions for customers and assist with change management.

Role involves:
  • Working closely with the Professional Services team to learn about Dialpad and its product offerings.
  • Networking with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Collaborating with the enablement team for onboarding classes.
  • Shadowing teammates' calls to understand the Dialpad deployment process.
  • Learning the Dialpad deployment methodology and tools.
  • Incorporating Dialpad’s methodology into deployment plans within Smartsheet.
  • Working directly with customers and leading their deployments.
  • Hosting end-user and admin training sessions for customers.

Requirements:
  • Strong digital communication skills.
  • Ability to work US core hours (6 am - 5 pm Pacific Time).
  • 100% on-camera presence in a dedicated remote workspace.
  • Excellent internet connectivity.
