Job Description
Dialpad is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial to manage the full sales cycle. The Account Executive will collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to convert prospects into Dialpad clients. This role involves solving communication challenges for businesses globally by implementing Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and Sell. The Commercial Sales team is crucial for achieving Dialpad's business goals, working to improve sales process efficiency. This in-office position, based in Austin, TX, reports to the Commercial Sales Manager.
Role involves:
- Owning the entire sales process, including lead management and pipeline generation.
- Creating talk tracks tailored to specific client use cases.
- Participating in weekly 1:1s with the Manager for coaching, deal reviews, forecasts, and career planning.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, & Highspot.
- Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
