Job Description
Dialpad is seeking an Account Executive, Commercial to manage the full sales cycle, from lead to close. The Account Executive will collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to convert prospects into Dialpad clients, addressing complex communication challenges. This role involves acquiring new customers and identifying market opportunities to promote Dialpad's solutions. The Commercial Sales team is crucial for achieving company objectives and works closely with other teams to enhance sales efficiency. This in-office position, based in Tempe, AZ, reports to the Commercial Sales Manager.

Role Involves:
  • Owning the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Building talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
  • Having weekly 1:1s with your Manager consisting of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
