Flagstone is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in London. Flagstone is an online savings platform focused on reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage their cash. Responsibilities:
- Design and build complex and scalable data analytics solutions.
- Act as a project and delivery manager for the Data Analytics team.
- Improve the sophistication of business intelligence and insights.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts.
- Play a key role in building and nurturing a data culture across the business.
Requirements:
- Excitement to work in a scaleup environment.
- Extensive experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
- Management experience of Data analysts.
- Excellent knowledge of applied statistical modeling and analytical techniques.
- Significant experience building PowerBI solutions.
- Fluent Python and SQL skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
