Flagstone is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Technical Lead will collaborate with key stakeholders, provide mentorship to the Salesforce development team, and ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer, a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, and excellent communication skills.
What this role involves:
- Leading the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
- Conducting code reviews and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies.
- Driving best practices in technology and ways of working.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer (5+ years).
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Sales/Service etc.) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Integrations).
- Demonstrable experience with database management, data modelling, and system design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
