Job Description
Flagstone is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a fast-growth environment, and be excited to expand Flagstone's reach into the SME market. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with a team to plan, communicate, and execute initiatives that enhance Flagstone's value proposition for business clients.Role involves:
  • Research and analysis
  • Planning
  • Creating and executing campaigns across a range of digital channels
  • Monitoring performance
  • Reporting and communication
  • Assisting in the creation of landing pages
  • Supporting in planning and executing AB tests
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)
  • Experience with Paid Social campaigns (particularly Meta and LinkedIn)
  • Solid SEO knowledge
  • Understanding of AB testing best practices
  • Experience using GTM (helpful, but not essential)
  • Strong data analysis skills to draw actionable insights
  • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a B2B role (preferable)
