Job Description
Flagstone is seeking a Senior Onboarding Executive to join their KYC and Onboarding team in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with AML regulations and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Role involves:
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies in respect of Anti- Money Laundering.
  • Delivering a seamless onboarding experience for customers.
  • Acting as the final approver for onboarding applications.
  • Building trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges during the onboarding process.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in AML Regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, PEP assessments, adverse media checks, and financial crime screening.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous approach to ensuring precision and quality.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of client onboarding trends.
  • Comfortable using CRM and workflow management tools.
  • Confidence to challenge existing workflows and identify inefficiencies.
