Job Description
Flagstone is seeking a Senior Onboarding Executive to join their KYC and Onboarding team in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with AML regulations and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Role involves:
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies in respect of Anti- Money Laundering.
- Delivering a seamless onboarding experience for customers.
- Acting as the final approver for onboarding applications.
- Building trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Identifying and resolving challenges during the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Expertise in AML Regulations.
- Hands-on experience in customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, PEP assessments, adverse media checks, and financial crime screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous approach to ensuring precision and quality.
- Up-to-date knowledge of client onboarding trends.
- Comfortable using CRM and workflow management tools.
- Confidence to challenge existing workflows and identify inefficiencies.
