Flagstone is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in delivering its people strategy and driving an employee experience that delights. The role reports to the Head of People Operations and involves aligning with a specific business unit to provide strategic HR support and guidance. The Senior HRBP will contribute to the evolving center of excellence model, owning key initiatives and projects that enhance overall people operations delivery.
What this role involves:
- Acting as a strategic partner to a specific business unit.
- Coaching and supporting managers on employee relations.
- Owning and leading strategic people projects.
- Partnering with the People senior management team to roll out core People initiatives.
- Providing leadership and guidance on HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering within an Operations, Product Management, or Tech space.
- Expertise in compensation and benefits.
- Strong people leadership and development skills.
- Excellent employee relations, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
- Experienced and logical approach to project management.
- Strong data-driven mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders.
