Job Description

• Monitoring clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensuring studies are conducted per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
• Coordinating activities to set up and monitor studies.
• Supporting Project Managers with larger trials.
• Training and mentoring junior staff.
• Interacting with clients and participating in proposal activities.

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry (2+ years for CRA II).
• Oncology experience is essential.
• Availability for domestic travel (50-60%).
