Job Description
Precision for Medicine is seeking a Director of Business Development, FSP, to drive FSP and Standalone sales activities. The Director will be the main point of contact for external FSP clients and potential partners, contributing to the company's business endeavors. This role involves designing and implementing relationship development and sales planning within strategic accounts, identifying leads, qualifying sponsors, and securing RFPs. The Director will also coordinate with the Executive Team, represent the company at trade shows, and develop marketing programs to support sales efforts.
- Design and implement relationship development and future sales planning
- Identify leads, qualify Sponsors across therapeutic indications
- Secure RFPs and work with the Business Operations/Proposal Team to create proposals
- Represent the company at trade shows and at client-sponsored events
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations
- Update Salesforce or other metrics tracking software
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 12 years or more in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to drive and availability for domestic and international travel
- Experience with corporate management and sales in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry (Preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in FSP Sales (Preferred)
