Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II/ Senior Clinical Research Associate to join their team in Italy. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to focus on an average of one to two studies, allowing the individual to become a protocol expert. • Monitoring and owning the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Ensuring clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations and standards.
• Coordinating activities required to set up and monitor a study (i.e., identify investigators; helping prepare regulatory submissions, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, etc.).
• Training and mentoring junior staff members (for Senior CRAs).
• Interacting directly with clients, initiating payments, and participating in proposal activities.

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry; 2+ years for a CRA II and 3+ years for Senior CRAs.
• Oncology experience.
• Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays (50-60% travel commitment).
• Fluency in English and the local language of Italy.
