Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive sales and marketing activities for clinical trials on the East Coast. This role involves securing new business from biotech and pharmaceutical companies, representing the company at trade shows, and developing marketing programs. The Senior Director will collaborate with the Leadership Team and partner organizations to advance Precision for Medicine's goals.
  • Designing and implementing a sales plan
  • Identifying leads and qualifying sponsors
  • Securing RFPs and creating proposals
  • Coordinating with the Leadership Team
  • Representing the company at trade shows
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with partner organizations
  • Updating Salesforce and business plans
  • Providing feedback on pricing and market conditions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 12+ years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record in securing new business
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Understanding of the CRO clinical development market
