Lightspeed is looking for an Implementation Consultant to deploy innovative solutions and optimize customer journeys. The Implementation Consultant will oversee the successful implementation of Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system for SMB clients. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POS solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure software solutions using automation tools.
  • Implement and manage queues within ChurnZero.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans for POS system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on POS system use.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in POS systems.
  • Fluency in French and English
