Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior/Principal Clinical Database Manager to be responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of clinical databases and applications. The position involves direct interaction with the internal team, EDC vendor, clients, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and provide status updates. The Senior/Principal Clinical Database Manager will also provide operational and technical training to end users and junior staff and may lead internal software projects requiring specialized programming and/or scripting.Role involves:

• Designing, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting clinical databases and applications.
• Interfacing with internal teams, EDC vendors, clients, and third-party vendors.
• Gathering requirements and providing status updates.
• Providing operational and technical training to end users and junior staff.
• Leading internal software projects requiring specialized programming and/or scripting.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and customizing clinical data management databases.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience.
• Medidata Rave EDC Certified Study Builder.
• Rave API integration experience using external vendor modules.
• Rave Advanced Custom Function programming experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional use of the English language.
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming, scripting language, SAS, R, SQL.
• Understanding of CDISC standards.
• Experience in clinical database management system development.
• Broad knowledge of drug, device, and/or biologic development and effective data management practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
