Account Supervisor - Healthcare Advertising

Job Description

Precision AQ is seeking an Account Supervisor to join their team. The Account Supervisor will function as a team leader, providing support through overseeing and coordinating projects. This role is the primary client point of contact, responsible for assuring and maintaining client satisfaction. The Account Supervisor serves as a liaison between client services leadership, strategy, and internal operations.Role involves:

• Leading the team in the development of project strategy and communications plans.
• Working collaboratively with project management in the ongoing oversight of team and job progress.
• Directing all tactics of assigned accounts.
• Troubleshooting issues that arise.
• Developing and maintaining strong rapport day-to-day with client contacts.
• Conducting periodic check-ins with clients to obtain feedback on agency performance.
• Resolving issues regarding fees, job progression, project scope, team personnel, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience (Preferred).
• 3 Years’ Agency Experience (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Internet.
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays.
